View Full Version : Has anyone used Aquaripure De-Nitrifaction filters? (Are they good enough for Discus)

Can anyone confirm having used this De-Nitrification system and how well it works at actually reducing the amount of water changes needed in our Discus tanks? When I watched the video and saw how slow it dripped back to the main tank I really questioned if it was enough to seriously maintain a extremely clean, nitrate free system.

Aquaripure Filter : http://www.aquaripure.com/products.htm

For my Breeder tanks which are all daisy chained together, I was thinking either the X-Large Aquaripure or the Big Tuna system. I just need to hear from others who have used the system first though. Hopefully a few have here.

Thanks
Mike
