I have the Ninja Blender was debating on using but I think it would liquefy the food lol

I use a meat grinder attachment to my wifes kitchen aid mixer and a processor for the rest of the ingredients, then I mix the meat and slowly add the rest.

Good Luck, Rick

+1 I just throw everything vitamins and any additional additives and hit blend. Mixes everything really well. Meat grinders are great for grinding down large chunks of meat but Ive never had any luck with them mixing everything together and mixing by hand never gets everything mixed evenly.

I agree with Josie, and I use both the grinder for the bigger pieces of beef heart or whole fish or shrimp, and then food processor to mix small amount of the grounded meat and dry ingredients together and end up with a smooth food mixture which still has texture which does not fall apart once it hits the water.....Al from Omaha

If you can buy your meat preground, as I can with my turkey, go with a food processor for the other stuff.

Those Kitchen Aid Mixer's are wonderful tools. You can do everything with them, even make bread dough. I used to have one. Somewhere along the line I lost possession of it.

+1 northern tool do have a distribution center in Ontario so it s easy to get delivered. Don't waste your money buying cusinart. It is the same price and way better you can google promo code for northern tool and save some more money on it. I have one and do all sort of meat grinding with it, don't like cleaning it afterwards :D
