Are you interested in food and radio shows? Do you like to talk about food? Well, I have the show for you. It's called Chef Cardinale's Cooking Radio Show live on Blogtalk radio. I do a show to 3 shows a week. I talk about many different things. I just did 2 eposiodes on kitchen equipment and cooking techiniques. I also give out recipes on the show. Feel free to tune in and call in with your questions. I will post in this thread every time there is a show so you can call in or listen in. Must be nice to get to do fun stuff. I just get to stay in the kitchen working the line and in the office making recipes and doing fun paperwork. Boooooo!

Interesting that most discus people seem to be creative or have a special skill. Discus must attract the type person that likes the challenge. I like to cook and will watch cooking shows when Spartan basketball is not on. I will try to tune in. Last spring I built an outdoor wood fired pizza oven. It is a blast cooking pizza outdoors.

Being Italian I love the kitchen as I am the cook in the family and have a culinary degree to add to my other degree. I have to watch this show as I love new ideas. Besides cooking Italian food, I do specialize in good BBQ.

Valentine's day is right around the corner! (Just 1 days away)!! And that means everyone is in a hurry and trying to figure out what to do. 2 hours until show time! Live in 2 hours at 6:00 PM EST, I will be doing a show on Sauces. On this show I will be giving out my delicious and famous tomato/marianara sauce and alfredo sauce. But we have a really good special guest planned for tonight. ACF Certfied Chef George Norrell will be joining us to talk sauces. George is very experienced in sauce making. Tonight live at 6:00 PM, Chef Cardinale's cooking radio show starts a new week and the first full week of March with our usual Monday News and Annoucements show. On this show I will be giving out the week's news and annoucements, plus the past week's total listen count and the past Month of Feburary's total listen count. I will also be giving out the weekly schedule for this week. I will only be talking for about 7-8 minutes. The rest of the show is set up for you the callers to call in and speak.
