I do a show to 3 shows a week. I talk about many different things. I just did 2 eposiodes on kitchen equipment and cooking techiniques. I also give out recipes on the show. Interesting that most discus people seem to be creative or have a special skill. Discus must attract the type person that likes the challenge. I like to cook and will watch cooking shows when Spartan basketball is not on. I will try to tune in. Last spring I built an outdoor wood fired pizza oven. It is a blast cooking pizza outdoors.

Being Italian I love the kitchen as I am the cook in the family and have a culinary degree to add to my other degree. I have to watch this show as I love new ideas. Besides cooking Italian food, I do specialize in good BBQ.
