I had an emergency late this afternoon and needed a heater and controller delivered ASAP. I've ordered a few Finnex controllers and heaters from Ken's Fish online in the past, so I tried calling hoping to expedite an order. It was 5:10 and Ken's website states that they are available from 9AM to 5PM so, having nothing to lose, I tried calling anyway. Ken answered the phone, processed my order immediately and got it on the UPS truck this afternoon. It should be delivered tomorrow.

Many of us shop looking for the best possible price. To find a vendor that not only provides quality merchandise at competitive prices, but also provides five star customer service is truly refreshing.

There are two lessons to be learned from this

2. Always have spare heaters you never know when you need them :D

two thoughts:

1- Ken is the best
