Size and Water conditions

Just curious as to how large my Discus (Blue Diamonds) should grow? And is there any advantage to tank size other than as it pertains to water quality? Meaning is there any advantage to having a larger tank other than the fact that the water will stay cleaner in a larger tank? Would I get the same results in a smaller tank if I change 50% of the water daily as if I had a larger tank with weekly water changes?

If they are Juvies then a 30 gal is fine for awhile. How big are they?

3-4 inches? Don't want to stress them by netting them to find out.

once they reach 4.5 id move them to a 55. 75 would be better but They can still reach great potential in a 55 with proper conditions but bigger is better.
