once I was talking on the phone with my friend, and I was checking my e-mail on my laptop at the same time, I got an e-mail from the same friend I was talking to asking for help in similar situation.

This has never happened to me before it was truly a nightmare but my email is back and up and running with password changes and forwarding emails taken off thank god.......Josie
