Those are severely deformed, stunted, unhealthy discus. Stay away from those!

lol I wouldnt buy them if they were free..just to show yall that someone would actually look to sell these. "They are not breeding quality" lmao..you think..selling some for 50 and some for starting at 15 dollars..really now..

Serious question. Since these fish are stunted, meaning reared incorrectly. If one were to breed them you could get nice fish if you bring the fry up well I think. The problem is selecting which ones to breed. Stunting does not effect the genetic makeup of the fish for sure. I realize that no one on SD would try to breed these but you could get a good result.
The above specimens are stunted bulldogs. Bulldog is genetic deformity and nothing to do with stunted or not.
Stunted fish are smaller in size and will probably produce small spawns and genetically those will be normal fry.

There beyond stunted. They are straight up dis formed even for bulldog standards. But yes if the ONLY problem is stunting then they can still turn out healthy, good looking children. But these are genetically dis formed

IMO looks to me its more like Tuberculosis/Stunted Discus than bulldog shape......Josie

I think it's one of those discus that has the ugly duckling thing going on. You should get him and watch it turn into a beautiful show fish.
