which bloodworm should I use

Hello,
I am growing out some juvies and want to start feeding black worms.
Can anyone tell me what they recommend, frozen, freeze dried ,or live?
using frozen would be the easiest for me, but I have read that frozen food can lose a lot of its nutrition?

Al gets Freeze dried blackworms, they are the best in my experience.

If you are looking for best bloodworm I would suggest hikari bio pure frozen bloodworms. If you are looking for blackworms I have to suggest freeze dried blackworms.

Do you want to feed juvies Bloodworms? Wouldn't (another plug for Al) freeze-dried blackworms be more beneficial?
