Got hungry for bacon made from boston butt. Cut butt into two slabs. Cured and smoked. Good stuff.

I keep telling myself i'm going to make me a smoker like that but the fish room usually prevails. how many blocks did it take?

I used 58 blocks but it can be made smaller. They were left from my angelfish hatchery I use to have. They are just stacked no mortar used.

wow fresh cooked smoked bacon! not from the grocery store. YUMMY!!!! never tried that before.

Sweet so it's actually pretty inexpenisve as well. I might have to just building one. One of my buddies put one together ever so often to do whole hogs in and seems to work well. PS the bacon looks nice

Awesome, the only word that can describe it. I want to make some bacon now, maybe this summer.
