his eye is reflecting off the flash. It his coloration that has me worried. Any ideas?

up your water changes % and make it daily..

Looks really bad, definetly make daily and bigger water changes.

Don't want this to sound harsh but your fish is probably to far gone to save. It is ending up the way most of the young discus raised in planted tanks do. Can't tell exactly what is wrong with him though.

I want to thank everyone for the quick replies! Unfortunately, he didn't make it. He was the smallest out of the bunch and quite shy.. I'll keep up with the extra water changes for the future! Again, Thank you!

Sorry for your loss but you just save some money on meds :) .. now take care of the rest, how are they? can you post a picture of them?
