This fish has had a lump on it's right side since I got it. Tonight I noticed that on the other side it has a protrusion about at the bottom of the lump on the other side. I do not think it is a real problem but thought I would get other people's thoughts.

Just guessing from the pic......... maybe some sort of fin bone dislocation or disorder?
Interesting. Maybe some of the others here have some input. If it becomes open, I would net it out and put some Iodine on it with lots of water changes. Not saying that will correct it...... but keep it from getting infected. But if it hasnt effected the fish yet....... just keep an eye on it.
