Hi all,
I have 180gallons (6x2x2) set with 60gal sump. Currently I have planted driftwood, 5 5" geo. I plan to add about 6 or more at least 4.5" discus in my set up. My plan for water change is about 40-60 gallons twice a week with treated tape water in a barrel. Will this make all my fish happy and healthy. Thanks

Thats a great start. the percentage is good. At that size the discus will still be growing so you might want to add one more day of 40/60 gals, making it 3 times a week if possible.

Good luck. Show us some pics of your setup.

I will when I put some discus in there. Currently I try to buy from some local hobbyist.

Also another question, if I go pick up from local, should I bag them or put them in a bucket. QT in a bucket is kind of hard, I can only mix water by using the air tube from tank to bucket.

You can transport in the bucket to your house but do not QT in a bucket. Guessing you do not have a QT setup?

Nope, I haven't set up my QT tank yet.
