Gold rams

Anyone had any experience of having gold rams as tank mates for their discus or would I be better just sticking to the German blue rams ??

Golds are just a different color of the blue. Same fish.

Only problem I had with keeping them together,was the Discus would raid the ram's nest's and eat their egg's.
But then so did the sterbai cory's .

One of the things about rams is they breed like rabbits. Its just snack food for the discus and cories. Mine breed weekly it seems.

Won't really do any harm to my tank tho if they are breeding all the time just all the eggs will be eaten ??
