The fish is dead, I'm really surprised that its condition worsen so quickly. It was swimming normal yesterday, and today it was swimming on its side and looked very weak then this evening it's dead. I'm hoping somebody can share some idea on what might caused this and what I should do to the tank to prevent this from happening to the rest of the fish.

I'm not sure what you's call it in US but here in Aus it looks like discus dissease. They normally go dark and float or clamp fins and dark hiding in back and start shedding their slim coat all whit and patchy. Normally lots of water change and in bad cases we use a gram negative / gram positive Linko spctum is what is named on the bottle 48 hours then big water change every day after with addition of salt. Orange, red & yellow & of course white strains can be hard to pick sometimes if they crook.

Sorry for your loss...normally discus that big shouldnt died out of sudden i am assuming that the symptom has been there for quite awhile but was not noticeable until it is in its last stage... Looking on photo it could be bacteria o parasites though... Need someone more expert to diagnose this.
