Missed out on a 10ft Tank

Man I hate the fact that I missed out on a 10ft 200 gallon tank I found on craigslist for $400. It's a 2hr drive to pick it up from where I live. And the wife said Yes I could get it, Bummed!

Yikes that's a killer! You even had permission! I've learned you have to act fast. At least send them a message saying you're interested in it that way you're on their mind.

I feel your pain. A few weeks ago, I had the chance to pick up a 180g acrylic tank for 185$!! I went to grab it the next day and it was gone..

I know your pain. I found a 260 full on saltwater reef tank for FREE. You heard me FREE. It was a less than 10 min drive from my house. He was doing renos on his house and forgot about what he was going to do with the tank. I was second on the list and missed out. I was so disappointed I didn't get it. LOL I couldn't believe it.

Yeah he has 5 people that are supposed to be there tomorrow and I may be the farthest out. Also I not prepared, need the man power and U-haul to go get it and then get it in the house, selling my 100, moving my 135 where my 100 was and then placing the 10fter where my 135 was. Just all around bad timing.

That's actually a pretty nice footprint for discus. I'm in Florida too but nowhere near Fort Myers. There are never good aquarium deals near me on Craigslist. :(

i feel your pain with a permission from wife. Its nice footage but don't feel bad. It's too hard to move a 10feet long glass tank.
