what the hell is that?

Been feeding everyone the same diet since day one and all of a sudden, everybody stopped eating and started to crap out this. Diet is live blackworms from Dan, tetra bits, beefheart and prime reef flakes. water is ph 7.6, nitrite 0, ammonia .02 and nitrate is less then 5ppm.

Is that worms or are they shedding stomach lining? started Prazi Pro 2 days ago and cranked up the heat to 90 degs.
