Well yesterday I got notice to vacate from my landlord, which i wasnt expecting. What that means is that my Fish room will have to be dismantled and sold by the end of September.

I have

Sorry to hear this bad news... If you don't mind me asking what's the reason for this vacate? I thought the court had to approved the vacate before they can kick you out.

To tell you the truth I dont even know Kalel. We didnt receive a yearly lease agreement back in June, so we have been month to month. This is not an eviction which where you have to go thru the court this is a notice to vacate without having to go thru the courts, because the landlord wants her house back.

Update I still have not found a house in the area to move into. Ive downsized quite a bit I still need to downsize some more.

Moving day is tomorrow I still have the rack, with 3 custom tanks and sump available. Im moving into an apartment so I wont have that much space to set up this tanks
