DFW Local Discus Vendor

Hello all,

I'm new to discus keeping. Been reading a lot of great ideas and comments on this site.

I'm currently in the process of fishless cycling my 75 gallon bare bottom tank. It's been about 3 weeks. Ammonia levels are coming down to zero in less than 24 hours and nitrites are on their way down as well.

I was wondering if someone can give me the contact info for a reputable discus hobbyist or vendor in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I would like to buy locally. I'm looking for 6-8; 2.5-3" size discus that I can grow out. Probably will not buy for another week or two when my water parameters are perfect.

I got some from john awhile back that were around that size. Great fish too. It was maybe a month or 2 ago.

Nothing currently available. I often reduce my fish load when deer season gets close. My 12 year old will be running my fish house while I am hunting...LOL. Something like 20 days to go and the arrows start to fly....
