Could use more info, but a week for a pair/adults can for some not be enough time to settle in.Find out what the person you bought them from was feeding them. When I sell fish I send some food with then to help adjust to thier new surroundings.

yes i asked they also feed with bh... and is it a problem if they dont consume food for a week? and i dont trble then otherwise it will lead to fight among them

I have had adult pairs not eat for about 15 days after shipping and some will eat right away. Just keep things consistant to your routine.
