About 2-3 times a week I add cucumber, zuchini, spirulina and pumpkin to my tank, primarily for the clown loaches and the peppermint bristlenose but the discus seem to enjoy the veggies too. Are there any other veggies that are good for discus?

Australian Black worms at Beachworth put spinach in them I get that mix 3kg at a time. I find some do get intop veggies and some don't. Cos lettuce, squash, zikini are what I feed my L pleco's in the 6' and some discus will have a go at all them but in a stand alone discus tank I don't bother.

My wilds are crazy for tropical spirulina forte flakes, which contain 37 per cent spirulina. Plant matter is an important part of their natural diet.
