Anybody know were to buy good beef heart please let me know thanks

find a Hispanic Grocery store or butcher..

I go to FIESTA MART.. and they sell it the BH.. CLEANED and SLICED for $1 pound!
Fiesta told that I could ORDER as much as I needed.. cleaned.. as long as I gave them a few days!!
WHOLE FOODS won't have it.. so just find a good Mexican store..

Home made beef heart prepared

If you do not want to or cannot prepare it you can buy it frozen. Hans I know sells it and there are probably other people as well. Someone, Inland Discus, or something like that sells beef heart flakes.

Another great option is discusmadness.com ...my fish took to it right away. Id love to try Hans' mix to compare
