I recently built a modest 36 gallon tank and now I have 5 x 2-3 inch discus's with 4 small stergei Cory's and small golden nugget, and neon tetras.

I am trying to make sure they all receive enough food, but not sure how I should rotate the foods.

Right now my schedule is the following.
Beef heart daily - morning and night
Flakes for the little fishes same time when I feed beef hearts
Brine shrimp once or twice a week
Blood worms once or twice a week
Freeze dried tubifex worms I alternate days between beef heart

Is this enough frequency with 2 times a day feeding?

I put 3 small cubes of beef heart each time or 3 cubes or tubifex worms each feeding.

Thanks.

People on SD say Discus that size should be fed 5-6 times daily. I did not buy Discus that size, I bought 5-6" so I do not know. I have also read on SD that brine shrimp are of little nutritional value but I might continue to feed them.

Here is a good place to start on discus feeding routines (http://forum.simplydiscus.com/showthread.php?107105-Post-Your-favorite-food-feeding-routine-for-your-fish-here!).
