Shipping charges?

How do the sponsors provide such cheap shipping charges? I mean, $90-100 isn't "cheap" but, to ship that much water wouldn't it be more? Maybe it's because they have an account with FedEx? Or are the sponsors paying off the rest outta their own pocket?
