Fdbw with others or just fdbw?

Looking to order some fdbw from ca bw. I see they have variety pack with beefheart, spinach, tetra bits etc mixed in. My discus still only likes fdbw cubes and not the bw/beefheart flakes. I dont know whether they would eat the mixed cubes.

Also does other component besides bw foul water?
Are discus growing and coloring better with mixed?

I also have couple that may have hole in head and wanted to get some vitamins in the mix.

it depends on you and your fish. Notice them when you try to feed them multiple foods to see what they like. Sometimes it takes for a while for discus like new food. I got some fdbw with spinach for my discus. At first they spit the spinach out and wonder what it is, but after couple weeks, now they eat all. The spinach doesn't foul the water based on what I have seen in my tank. You can try it...

does FD beefheart part also foul water?
my frozen BH does...

Don't feed then for 24 hours, then try in the morning to give the desired type of food. If they are hungry and eating they should start nibbling.

I haven't tried it, so I don't know. However, I think it should not because it's freeze dried
