Problem

1. Please explain the problems with your fish. When did you notice the problems and did anything unusual happen that you think started them?
this morning noticed one turk with cloudy eye swimming flat in circles, swimming upside down, head standing was 100% last night

2. Symptoms (i.e. turning dark, excess slime, not eating, clamped fins, flashing, darting, clamped gills, white/yellow/green poop, hiding, headstanding or tailstanding, white on tips of fins, rotting or fungus, blisters/white zits on fish, bloated, cloudy eyes, wounds).
Turning dark, Cloudy eye, laying down, headstanding. swimming upside down and flat in circles, clamped fins. Affraid he won't make it till the end of today

3. What medications/ treatments have you already tried and what were the results. Include dosage and duration of treatment.

Tank/Water

4. Tank size and ages, numbers and sizes of fish.
4ft 200lt, various ages, 6 discus, 4 are 10 - 12cm, 2 are 7-8cm

5. Water change regime (What percentage and how often).
50-70% daily

6. How long has tank been running? Is it bare bottom? If you have substrate, what type and how deep is it?
3months old, bare bottom. standerd 4ft

7. Do you age your water? If you do for how long and what is the ph swing.

8. Parameters and water source;
well water

What type of water or combinations of water sources do you use? If it is an RO/tap/well water mix, please list percentages in the mix.

9. Any new fish, plants or inverts added recently.

I am sorry for your loss, but even thought he is gone I think you should try to identify the cause of this issue. If its a contagious disease the other fish might bee infected but still don't show it.

I am not trying to scare you, but try to know if there is something wrong going to be safe.

What were feeding him before he died? Did he look bloated at time of death?

I fed them frozen Discus mix.was bit lumpy.He didnt look bloated though but could have been.Also think mite have contaminated the driftwood with java fern with some other fish at some point.i have yanked out the driftwood.thinking about chucking this batch of discus mix too as its useually not lumpy.gone off perhaps.
