Breeding stand (cone)

Does anyone have instructions or photos of a breeding cone made out of PVC?

Go to Home Depot,buy yourself some 2" pvc,a 2" cap,and a 2" into 3" flare.There it is.Personally Ive found with a little more agressive discus,they get knocked over.You can weight them,I just went with the more conventional clay ones.

Thanks, I purchased 2 cones but they were delivered broken. I thought I would lean them against the wall. I will try the PVC.

I have mine made up 90mm pvc pipe silastic to 10 mm glass square make sure you smear silasti on the base of the glass to stop it stickingt to bottom of tank. I don't have caps on them and they stop around 2" from the water line. Never have any trouble with fry down the middle as I always drop the water level a few inches for attachment and majority of my pairs will keep the fry in a huddle any way. I will try and get pics up latter.
