Hi All,
I got home tonight ad noticed that my Rose Red or San Merah (I have each but can't tell them apart) is turning a weird golf color pretty much over night. THe only new food they got recently is some FD Brine Shrimp. Would that cause this or is something more going on here? Or am I imagining things?

Discus change color depending on their surrondings and their "Mood" even when they are healthy.

It was meant to say GOLD.....

Perhaps this should go to the disease section though as this morning I noticed the fish is not eating and darting around, staying away from the pack...would this be a sign of infection or parasites? No others show any signs and nothing new has come into the tank....

First thing to check is your water IMO. Darting and sudden change like this would be a big red flag somethings not right with parameters... If everything seems okay with PH, Ammonia and Nitrite then perhaps parasites. Definitely post in disease section to receive the best attention and advice on how to proceed.

Discus not hanging with the pack can be a sign somethings up.
