Breeding tube always out?

Hey guys, about two days ago my fish spawned. The weird thing is that three discus had their breeding tubes out and all three were around the spawning area. Now one of the discus has what looks like his breeding tube out. It's been out for two days. Is this normal? Should I quarantine? It is hard to tell in the pics, but it looks like it is just pooping.

My phone doesn't take good pics. It's red/orange like his body. Poop looks black/brown. It doesn't have a swollen belly or any sign of infection.
