Jumbos,

We will be getting Jumbos in from Piwowarski in the February shipment these will be pre-order only because of the cost. He has a very limited quantity and he won't have any for 6 to 12 months. He grew these out for me because of all the requests for jumbos. You will receive the Discus mid February but the cost of the discus must be paid in full. You can contact us at chicagodiscus@att.net or PM here Shipping will be FedEx overnight no exemptions.

getting anything other size would be fooling myself.. i could never grow them out like him :)

It's not hard to take a 4-5.5" and grow them to jumbo. It just take dedication and commitment to the regime it takes to get them there ;)

If only I could afford them, Skip! I have no doubt that buying them grown out is the very best way, but, for a poor med student, 4-5" is my upper limit. I enjoy watching them grow, too, but no illusions that I could do as good a job of it as the pros :)

Ok guys I do have the Piwowarski order with Jumbos. We let our imported discus settle before we start taking photos or videos and shipping our Discus out. Most of them are pre-sold as you guys know already. I don't typically don't mod my own threads because I believe people have the right to there opinion so I will leave the comments up. Please be patient with us we will put the list and photos/videos up of our Piwowarski order very soon. ........Josie

I don't know what you are trying to pull but you don't say this kind of thing to a Sponsar who does their best to bring fish to forum members. Unless you have facts you don't say this kind of things... First of all Jumbo are in and I like you was excited about the Jumbo and wanted to see pictures too. Because these fish just arrive and are still in QT Josie does not want to put pictures up until they are ready to ship. Anyway, I will tell you this I was impatient like most so I call Josie up and wanted to see if she was Ok with me and my son stopping by to see Jumbo. She said yes and we stop by. They were super nice especially the Leopards. I did not order any this time but because of what I saw I will be next time they are available again and my fish room is backup. Be patient and you'll see them posted soon.

Just a general note for everyone. A sponsor's board is where they market their products and try to sell their product... Forum Members really should try and respect that and keep the banter down to a minimum as it negatively impacts the thread's professionalism.
