Purchased these discus from Kenny. The first picture is April 2013 and the next two are January 2014. Bare bottom tank, water Change every 3 days with tap water, feeding 3 times a day with beef heart, flakes and freeze dried black worms. At least three couples have paired off out of the 11. The largest is about 6.5 in and they seem to be still growing.

Great, great job radafmd. I love seeing "before & after"-type of photos too. Thans for doing that. They all look great. Love that RT in the last pic (guess it's your avatar as well). Any plans for a show tank?

Pastry: funny you should comment. I have been following your growing out in a planted tank thread for a while. The next step is to add sand and low tech plants and an LED light. The lighting is a little more difficult because I have a 90 gallon bow front corner tank. Tried my hand at growing out in planted tank a few years ago but the tank I chose was way to big and took too much time but I really liked it. 90-100 gallons is just right for me.
