hole in the head

4 of my discus have got hole in the head. i have been treating for past 2 weeks (3 doses, dosed every 3 days) 3 have cleared up perfectly, but the 4 th that was worst effected still has holes. Should I remove the healthy ones back into the main tank and keep dosing the sick one or since fully grown discus will the holes stay there for rest of life? They are now very healthy with a good appetite

It is likely that the underlying issue has been dealt with. Deeper wounds take longer to heal. Lots of clean water and good food is all I'd do now :)

I would still keep them all together and keep doing large water changes daily for another week or two and make sure your feeding food with plenty of prtien like BH.
