so I was cleaning my tank and I noticed little white worms in my gravel, is this a bad thing that needs to be taken care of right away? If so how do I get rid of them? There are some plant in my tank and I am thinking that where they came from.

They are possibly planaria. More wc's and cleaning of the gravel may help. It's hard to get rid of them once they are there.

They could also be Detritus Worms. Which are different from planaria. Either way though, not a big deal. Just letting you know in case you are looking them up.

Clean the substrate thoroughly and the filters. Do frequent WCs. Take your substrate section by section, one day one section then the next another section.... .... .... This way you do not kill off too much of your bacteria at one time.

Try to change water more frequently, or do not over feed.
