DAS hits again...this time I got myself a Golden Crystal! Love red iris around the retina, and the yellow colour body marks on the fins!

The moment I saw it I know this is the one that I have to bring home.

This is not a Albino strain. There are two albino there in the shop, but I didn't get them as the eyes iris is not round evenly coloured. I am happy with mine. :)

Hi KK just wondering how much do discus cost there I would assume they are pretty cheap compared to the US.

Hi Larry, I paid usd25 for the above. It is an adult fish, 5.5-6 inches.

However, salary or income in Malaysia is much lower as compared to the States. So it is still an expensive hobby here... :p

wow your lfs has fish like that?? that's awesome, although im really glad none of my lfs around my area have fish of that quality or I would have way more tanks than I normally do.

jmf, yeah...the fish are quite good quality at my lfs, and the good (or bad) news is...they have shipment EVERY WEEK with 5-10 of such fish tempting me!
