Some good news to share...
Recently I discussed with Dexter to import beautifull strain of discus he raise for a friend.
Lucky in selection (and helped by Dexter also) I kept a Royal Blue Titan breeding pair for my private fish-room.
Happy to see them spawning quickly and surprised to see so good parents as they immediatly removed white eggs.
Anyway an experimented breeding pair at the early stages.
But let see in pics

eggs have hatched and the wrigglers have been stiked on the other side of the spawning tool.

Nothing special...not really in the same time my snow white leopard breeding pair which never produce anything decided to spawn also.
Bored by a serie of failure I didn't care to them :

very surprised to see something in progress...it's the first time they are so interested in caring their egggs y also removed the wrigglers and caring them

As they never become dark the fry was swiming everywhere in the tank and seems very interested by the black sealant.
So i remove them and decide to place them on the Royal Blue Titan back. And it works :

Fosters work very well in discus. Just to clarify any good discus pair will mouth the eggs. The dead eggs have a weakened shell and will often burst. It is not that the discus are smart enough to say hey that egg is dead and I had better eat it so it does not affect the good eggs. They have a brain the size of a pencil eraser. They are just doing what their instincts tell them to which is to mouth the eggs.

Glad it worked for you.

Wow fantastic. Question, when you the spawn on the blues, were they already dark or they turned dark after the fry attached?
