I have four Stendker discus (two 5" and two 4") and two Asian discus (5"). They are all fighting each other except for one in a 75g BB tank with pot plants. The two 4" ones are even bullying the 5" one. The aggression level hits the roof during feeding. The two most aggressive ones have been moved to a 20g and They don't fight while in the 20g. I will put these two back in 75 later, hopefully will resolve the issue.

you should add more discus to stop the aggressiveness

You should have left them all in the same tank. They are trying to establish a pecking order. Is this a new group of fish? Have you introduced anyone new?

Taking some out and re-introducing them later will probably result in the same result all over again.

I have six discus in a75g already.

I will put these two back in 75g. But the two 4" will have difficulty getting food.

What are you feeding them? You can always feed small portions in different parts of the tank. If, for instance, you feed FDBW, you can stick a cube in one side and stick another on the other side.

I guess I can try that. But the harassment is always there.

I moved the two most aggressive ones back to my 75g. Now there are total 6 discus. I can tell the calm before a major storm in the making.

You now have 6 back together as a group - that's about as good as it's going to get. As Skip said, just let them work it out - that should eventually occur without serious repercussions. Odds are they will settle down reasonably fairly soon.

I hope you are right. But they look really bad at this point. One of the 4" one is being chased by other 4 constantly.

The two smaller ones (4" each) now gotten so stressed from bullying and they are always hide after the filter intake pipe at the corner. They are not coming out to eat during feeding. Do I still keep them in the tank? It's so annoying.

My discus are getting so bold that they let me touch them while doing water change. I even tried to use my hand lightl hitting the tank glass. And they don't even get spooked, just staying in the front looking at me. The chasing seems getting a little better. It has been 2 days with the bullying issue.

Keep going, it will get better. You should try this with a pasture full of horses. It tries your patience.

I guess my discus has settled down in my tank.. Establishing territory in the tank. It makes a little tricky during feeding.
