I will be converting a 120gl reef tank to a discus tank. I have two gen2 radion LED's - how many hours a day should I run them and at what percentage?

That's really a matter of your own personal taste. The fish once acclimated to the light don't care. Depending on the spectrum of the light you may need to clean the glass more often if you run the lights for long periods of time as algae may start to grow quicker.
