would you use air pump for inflatables/ air mattress to blow airstone or sponge filters? The nozzle fits & the air flow is adjustable.

Not very well at all I am afraid. it might work initially, but they are not intended for continuous use and will burn out relatively quick. air pumps are cheap, why would you want to?

On the flip side of the coin, I do have an alita air pump that does a dam nice job of blowing up an inflatable raft.
