Got another 4 new baby blue diamonds to add to the grow out tank.
They are happily eating 4 meals a day. Hope they grow up healthy and big.

Don't know if i made the correct selection on type and shape, any comments?

They look good for me. red eyes and good colors for their size which seems to be almost 3 inches. right?

Their shape and roundness will appear more as they grow out. Take good care of them and they will turn into something you like

Thanks for the reply. They are slightly smaller than 3 inches, but they have a very good appetite, finishes all the 4 meals of beefhearts very quickly. I am doing daily water changes, and hope they grow up healthy and not stunted.

a marlboro red is a pigeon blood, all day long.......

Well that explains it! The only Marlborough Reds I have seen are very round and the dorsal fin is not very tall....still learning ...thanks for the help:)

Im leaning to pigeon bloods.as all the molboros ive seen are solid red and white. No pattern unless they mite be X.The one or 2 blues look like they mite be cobolt as i see small black bar at tail.Im a beginner myself but this is how i see it perhaps some more experienced breeders can confirm.Either way they are lovely.please tell me you have made a plan to move them to larger tank.
