Do discus have a finite amount of eggs?

Or are they unlimited and keep producing till a certain age?

Should I conserve my breeding pair's eggs until a proper time or just keep let them practise at it?

All animals have a finite number of eggs that they will produce in their lifetime but there is no need to try and conserve them....they have more then they need.
