I have been through all types of aquarium fish from african cichlids to reef fish but nothing excites me as discus fish.
They are elegant,slow moving( hate that hysteric very fast swimming of the africans )
Also they are very easy to keep if you have a big aquarium and eheim classic filters.
I do only a 30% water change with tap water and dechlorinator.My discus are of Malaysian origin and they have no problem with ph 7 water.
I feed tropical d50 granules and dried tubifex and artemia.
