So my daughter is 12. She wanted to upgrade from flowerhorn keeping to discus keeping. I told her that I got my first aquarium when I was 12 and it was a ten gallon tank with guppies in it, lol. So after she batted her eyes and tugged on my heart strings a bit, I gave in........Not! I wanted her to have it just as bad as she did, lol.
Anyway, I told her that she is WAS WAY beyond me in fish keeping when I was at her age. I didn't get to discus and rams till i was about 23. My daughter loves her new tank. What tops it off is that right above her discus tank is a giant poster of Anna and Elsa from Frozen.

The goldens are actually all spoken for by the locals here. They were in the tank just 5 minutes before the vid and already chowing down on the fdbw.
