In your case if fighting gets immense,i would try to separate them with a egg crate. Just to make sure fry's are not getting killed in the fight. Sometimes parents get annoyed and kill the fry's. In this case, if i see parents started to attack the fry's, i would pull off either the fry's or the attacking parent.

Normally the male is the best parent. Females will often start to kill fry when they are ready to spawn again. If the fry start to disappear pull the female. If not then let them work it out.

Yup, I might be inclined to pull the female if the fighting is bad regardless of if she is eating the fry, IME she will soon, and most likely when your not around.

the fry are 8 days old and i have been feeding them with nhbs for the past 4 days, i think they are really eating the shrimp but are too young for removing parents no ?

They could be pulled now. You will need to really hammer them with BBS. I would do twice a day but really heavy and make sure you keep your water clean.
