Hello everyone. I have some issues with tap water. I searched and red a lot about water values.
A couple of months ago, I moved to another suburb. Recently, I diagnosed my fish are not as happy as before. I called the council for water values and I have seen that ph level is higher than my previous home. Tap water has nearly 8 ph. Here is the link for water values.

I would like to get some recommendations or ideas about how to deal with that.
Thanks a lot.
Happy fish keeping.

Mine is 8.3. There's a stickie about not chasing pH & plenty of threads discussing that one should care more about the pH stability than hitting that magic number.

Eventually your fish will acclimate to the change in PH. Just make sure your other parameters are stable too (ammonia, nitrates and nitrites). Also invest in a TDS meter ($20.00). Keeping your TDS stable is more important than PH.
