:confused: I cant decide what discus strain to get I'm planning only buying one strain for my tank. i want your opinion what strain is the best.

I like discus with pattern but I prefer patterns that are not complicated with really thin lines or small spots

Maybe a Penang Eruption then, or Leopard Snake skin.

no I mean thin lines and small dots do complicate the pattern in my opinion
I guess your from another part of us or in uk because of accent barriers (what I am saying is peoples from different areas speak differently not only in tone but in explaining and that stuff)

If you're just starting to get into this and only want to keep one type you may want to check out the Red Turquoise strain. It was one of the original man made strains and is known to be hardy and maybe a little easier to care for than some others. They are one of my personal favorites. Here's an example of one of mine. 83413
