Eggs not hatching

I have raised 6 fry and after 1.5 years got two pairs out of them. One Pair has reddish eggs other having slightly brownish coloured eggs. The reddish eggs could not fertilised and after 48 hrs and after 48 hrs turns white and pair eats the same. The slightly brownish eggs are eaten by the pair after 16-18 hrs. Very few of them turns white. I have also removed the pair from this tank but still eggs turns white.

Please give me some tips to get he fry out of it.

First how hard is your water? What temp do you keep it at? Have you watched the pairs spawn so that you know it is not 2 females? I could ask more but lets start with the most basic stuff first.
