Hi All,
I think my discus has a touch of fin rot on his anal fin. I assumed it would clear itself up since I do regular water changes and he has a strong appetite.
However it's continued to remain in the same condition for at least a month now. I've also noticed that cardinal tetras are occasionally swimming up and taking a nip at it.
Am I incorrectly diagnosing this? It looks pretty clearly to me like fin rot but I'm surprised it's not healed already. For now I'm not using any medication and am going to make sure I do daily water changes and just maintain water quality.. Would salt help? Thanks for any feedback.
