Whats wrong with my discus? I this Fin Rot?

Hi Folks,
I just noticed that there is something wrong with the fins of my discus. I have provided the links to his pictures, could you please let me know what kind of disease is this and what is the cure? Appreciate any advise!!!

It might have been in the past, or perhaps he was the recipient of some fin nipping from others, but currently, though disfigured, I don't see anything that requires anything more than plenty of clean water and patience.
