pull the cone?

once the fry go free swimming is it better to pull the cone to give the parents a better view of the tank making it easier to round up stray fry? or should i just leave them be? It doesn't seem to be an issue now but only 10-15 are free swimming with a ton of wigglers that will probably go free overnight.

I usually pull it with the next days water change, just because that's what I do. No need to do it immediately after free swimming, but no reason to leave it too long either. Good parents will round the fry up regardless.

I don't pull mine. I never have. I don't think it matters one way or the other.

I don't pull it either,and to me it seems to give the fry some structure to school around when the parents go to feed or get away for a second.
