Turq is panting

Discus Newbie needind advice: There was a bit of bullying going on so moved the aggression to another tank but the juvenile Turq is now doing this panting thing and very timidly swimming around. Even gets bullied by another Turq half his size.
I am doing 20% wc almost every day in a heavily Planted tank.

Any advice/explanation would be appreciated.
