I don't think you need a pm address. All you do is click on the persons profile pic. Once you are in their profile section , select private message and type whatever the message may be and press send.

Marnie is also correct. If one does not have a profile pic , then yes click on the name and you can send a pm that way as well.

Or you can simply type in the members username in the "Recipient Users" box after click on "Send New Message" if you are looking at your inbox.
